Nous vous remercions sincèrement de votre participation au CARREFOUR DES UNIVERSITÉS qui se tiendra le 7 novembre 2026.

Nous vous invitons à prendre connaissance des informations suivantes concernant votre participation et l’installation de l’espace d’exposition de votre établissement.

1. Nous vous remercions de bien vouloir nous confirmer le nom du représentant qui participera au salon, ainsi que le nombre de personnes qui l’accompagneront, afin que nous puissions compléter les formalités d’inscription à l’avance.
2. Chaque établissement participant disposera d’une table recouverte d’une nappe blanche, de deux chaises, d’un accès à l’électricité et d’une connexion Wi-Fi.
3. L’accès au salon sera réservé exclusivement aux représentants préalablement inscrits. L’installation des exposants se déroulera de 7 h 30 à 8 h 30. Nous vous remercions d’arriver durant cette période afin de finaliser votre inscription et d’installer votre espace avant l’ouverture du salon au public, prévue à 9 h 00 précises.
4. Seules les petites bannières ou les roll-ups sont autorisés afin de préserver la visibilité des espaces des exposants voisins.
5. Si vous ne nous avez pas encore envoyé le logo de votre établissement, nous vous remercions de le faire dans les meilleurs délais afin que nous puissions le placer sur votre table avant le début de l’événement.
6. StriveScan (optionnel) : Les représentants qui le souhaitent peuvent acheter le service StriveScan, une plateforme technologique éducative permettant aux étudiants et aux représentants des universités d’échanger rapidement et en toute sécurité leurs coordonnées grâce au balayage de leurs badges. Les établissements qui utilisent StriveScan recevront, après le salon, un rapport détaillé comprenant des données utiles et des statistiques de participation.
7. Le démontage des espaces d’exposition ne pourra commencer qu’après la clôture de l’événement, à partir de 13 h 40 le 7 novembre 2026.

Please read the following information regarding your participation and the setup of your institution’s exhibit.

1. Please confirm the name of the representative who will be attending the fair, as well as the number of accompanying representatives, so that we can complete the registration process in advance.
2. Each participating institution will be provided with one table covered with a white tablecloth, two chairs, electrical access, and Wi-Fi.
3. Access to the fair will be restricted to registered representatives only. Setup for participating institutions will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Please arrive within this time frame to complete the registration process and set up your exhibit before the fair opens to visitors promptly at 9:00 a.m.
4. Only small banners or roll-up displays are permitted to ensure that neighboring exhibitors remain clearly visible.
5. If you have not yet sent us your institution’s logo, please do so as soon as possible so that we can place it on your table before the event.
6. StriveScan (Optional): Representatives may choose to purchase the StriveScan service, an educational technology platform that enables students and university representatives to exchange contact information quickly and securely by scanning badges. Institutions that use StriveScan will receive a comprehensive post-event report with valuable data and attendance trends.
7. Dismantling of exhibits may begin only after the event has concluded, starting at 1:40 p.m. on November 7, 2026.
