Damos la más cordial bienvenida a los representantes de universidades de todo el mundo para visitar nuestra escuela y asistir a la Feria de Universidades este 07 de noviembre 2026 de 9h a 13h30.

El evento se lleva a cabo con la colaboración de las siguientes instituciones educativas: Colegio Francés del Pedregal, Colegio Suizo de México AC, Escuela Sierra Nevada, Instituto Alexander Bain, The Churchill College, Colegio Peterson, the Humanitree school, Colegio Alemán Alexander Von Humbolt, Instituto Mexicano Regina, y La Escuela de Lancaster.

We welcome representatives from universities throughout the world to come to our school and attend our college fair on November 07th from 9h to 13h30.

Muchas gracias por participar en el CARREFOUR DES UNIVERSITÉS el 7 de noviembre de 2026.

Le rogamos leer la siguiente información sobre su participación y la instalación del espacio asignado a su institución.

  1. Le agradeceremos confirmar el nombre del representante que asistirá a la feria, así como el número de personas que lo acompañarán, a fin de completar el proceso de registro con anticipación.
  2. Cada institución participante dispondrá de una mesa cubierta con un mantel blanco, dos sillas, acceso a electricidad y conexión Wi-Fi.
  3. El acceso a la feria estará restringido únicamente a los representantes previamente registrados. El horario de instalación para los expositores será de 7:30 a.m. a 8:30 a.m. Les rogamos llegar dentro de este horario para completar el proceso de registro e instalar su espacio antes de la apertura de la feria al público, que tendrá lugar puntualmente a las 9:00 a.m.
  4. Solo se permitirán banners pequeños o roll-ups para garantizar la visibilidad de los espacios de los expositores vecinos.
  5. Si aún no nos ha enviado el logotipo de su institución, le agradeceremos hacerlo a la mayor brevedad para que podamos colocarlo sobre su mesa antes del inicio del evento.
  6. StriveScan (Opcional): Los representantes que lo deseen podrán adquirir el servicio StriveScan, una plataforma tecnológica educativa que permite a estudiantes y representantes universitarios intercambiar información de contacto de forma rápida y segura mediante el escaneo de credenciales. Las instituciones que utilicen StriveScan recibirán un informe completo posterior al evento con datos valiosos y estadísticas de participación.
  7. El desmontaje de los espacios de exhibición podrá realizarse únicamente una vez concluido el evento, a partir de la 1:40 p.m. del 7 de noviembre de 2026.

Thank you very much for participating in the CARREFOUR DES UNIVERSITÉS on November 7, 2026.

Please read the following information regarding your participation and the setup of your institution’s exhibit.

  1. Please confirm the name of the representative who will be attending the fair, as well as the number of accompanying representatives, so that we can complete the registration process in advance.
  2. Each participating institution will be provided with one table covered with a white tablecloth, two chairs, electrical access, and Wi-Fi.
  3. Access to the fair will be restricted to registered representatives only. Setup for participating institutions will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Please arrive within this time frame to complete the registration process and set up your exhibit before the fair opens to visitors promptly at 9:00 a.m.
  4. Only small banners or roll-up displays are permitted to ensure that neighboring exhibitors remain clearly visible.
  5. If you have not yet sent us your institution’s logo, please do so as soon as possible so that we can place it on your table before the event.
  6. StriveScan (Optional): Representatives may choose to purchase the StriveScan service, an educational technology platform that enables students and university representatives to exchange contact information quickly and securely by scanning badges. Institutions that use StriveScan will receive a comprehensive post-event report with valuable data and attendance trends.
  7. Dismantling of exhibits may begin only after the event has concluded, starting at 1:40 p.m. on November 7, 2026.
