Exhibitor Information & Setup Instructions
Thank you very much for participating in the CARREFOUR DES UNIVERSITÉS on November 7, 2026.
Please read the following information regarding your participation and the setup of your institution's exhibit.
- Please confirm the name of the representative who will be attending the fair, as well as the number of accompanying representatives, so that we can complete the registration process in advance.
- Each participating institution will be provided with one table covered with a white tablecloth, two chairs, electrical access, and Wi-Fi.
- Access to the fair will be restricted to registered representatives only. Setup for participating institutions will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Please arrive within this time frame to complete the registration process and set up your exhibit before the fair opens to visitors promptly at 9:00 a.m.
- Only small banners or roll-up displays are permitted to ensure that neighboring exhibitors remain clearly visible.
- If you have not yet sent us your institution's logo, please do so as soon as possible so that we can place it on your table before the event.
- StriveScan (Optional): Representatives may choose to purchase the StriveScan service, an educational technology platform that enables students and university representatives to exchange contact information quickly and securely by scanning badges. Institutions that use StriveScan will receive a comprehensive post-event report with valuable data and attendance trends.
- Dismantling of exhibits may begin only after the event has concluded, starting at 1:40 p.m. on November 7, 2026.
