Instructions for participating institutions:

Thank you very much for participating in the CARREFOUR DES UNIVERSITÉS on November 09, 2024.

Here are the instructions for your participation and the installation of your institution:

1.- Confirm with us if you will only use a table and two chairs (we will provide these). All the stands have electrical and WI-FI installation.

The schedule for simple assembly or exclusive use of your table is from 8h00 to 8h50 since the fair will open its doors to the public at 9h00.

If you require special assembly of your stand, the assembly schedule is FRIDAY 08 from 5 pm to 7 pm, entering through the door on Plinio Street.

4.- The dismantling of your stand will occur once the event ends, on November 09th, from 13h30.
